Sustainable Development
At Admiralty Resources (“Admiralty”), we believe the success of our business is underpinned by a strong commitment to all aspects of sustainable development with an integrated approach to economic, social and environmental management and effective corporate governance.
Occupational Health and Safety Policy
Admiralty Resources believes that sound occupational health and safety management practices are in the best interests of its employees, its business, its shareholders, and the communities in which it operates.
Admiralty Resources is committed to achieving the highest performance in occupational health and safety to create and maintain a safe and healthy environment at the workplace for employees and contractors.
We therefore seek to eliminate work-related incidents, illnesses and injuries by identifying, assessing and, where reasonably practical, eliminating or otherwise controlling hazards.
To date we have been injury and accident free and we will continue to endeavor to maintain this track record.
Environmental Policy
Admiralty Resources regards caring for the environment as an integral part of our business and is committed to operating in a responsible manner which minimizes our impact on the environment.
We therefore seek to ensure that, throughout all phases of our activities, Admiralty personnel and contractors give proper consideration to the care of flora, fauna, land, air, water and the community.
We take a responsible approach to environmental management and follow all government regulations. Internal policies and procedures are in place to safeguard our environment and the community.
Projects undergo detailed environmental analysis. We determine the level of impact from our activities and assess the viability of progressing exploration and mining projects. Risk management processes are established for each project to ensure environmental protection while developing responsible activities and caring for the community safety.
